The fundamental foundations covered in this course are aimed at both novice and tenured F&I professionals. This live, 3-day course illustrates the importance of the F&I Introduction, Personality Triggers, Menu Methodology, Objection Handling and Compliance Awareness. Each attendee will engage in video role play and other drills to perfect timing and execution. This is NOT a seminar. It is a hands-on development certification course. Each attendee will have the knowledge, skill and ability to attain their individual implementation commitments. (Virtual Coaching and On-Demand Modules are included).
